I uploaded my passport, a screenshot of my EBG card, and my trip history via TK feedback. Shortly after, I received an email asking me to verify these documents at a local office. I went to Arlanda Airport, presented everything, and within a couple of hours, the match was successfully granted.

Contacted them by email and a few days later, they matched me to Elite status for 4 months and 8 more months if I completed any one international flight

I had done the Marriot Bonvoy Platinum to Singapore Krisflyer Gold status match challenge. Then used the feedback form, sent a screenshot of my digital SQ Gold card, my SQ activity (which were admittedly not a lot of flights), and photo of my passport. Initially, I was sent an e-mail saying they could not fulfill my request. I waited a week and then sent a new feedback form with the same documents. This time, I was told to go into a TK sales office to verify documents. After going to a local TK Sales office, they submitted the documents, as well as notifying the main office that I had an upcoming flight with TK. I used my SQ Gold number for the TK flight because I wanted to use my SQ Gold privileges, and was told my request had been rejected due to not using my TK membership number. After emailing explaining why I used SQ Gold number, they told me if I use my TK number on the return flight, they will reevaluate the application. Flew the return leg using TK membership number, and then asked them to reevaluate. A few days later received an e-mail confirming the match and explaining the status match challenge (TK international flight within 4 months will extend the status to a year, asking them to confirm if I need to fly 15k miles on TK to extend to 2 years)

Hello, First I never manage to send the request via "Membership Process". So I went to "Program Rules" and I managed to send the demand. TK asks : - Copy of the passport - Copy of the Platinum Card - Copy of the activity They need to see the "Skyteam Elite Plus" which is hard to find on the app but you can see it if you put your Platinum card on your Google wallet (logo bottom right). Finally after 2 days by mail (very quick for my opinion), I was accepted directly with Elite Status for 4 months. Now the conditions to remain Elite for more are : - You are required to perform at least one international flight with Turkish Airlines in this period. - At the end of the trial period, if you have at least one international flight in your membership account, which you have performed with Turkish Airlines, your Elite membership is extended for 8 more months (i.e. it remains valid for 1 year in total after the match). - If you reach 15,000 Status Miles in the international flights you will perform with Turkish Airlines in the first year of your Elite membership, your membership is extended for 1 more year (i.e. it remains valid for 2 years in total after the match).

Took a few rounds back and forth to show the CM mileage statement with my name and account number (zoom out and screenshot!). They wanted activities for the last 2 months. I hadn't actually flown with *A in the last 2 months, but between starting the challenge and the discussions I took a UA leg credited to CM, which I was able to show, the previous activity was in September. Seemed to do the trick! (I don't know if an upcoming long-haul booking in J with Turkish helped swing the deal....). I was hoping for Elite Plus to be honest, but won't complain! Now to convert my TK elite to Flying Blue Gold... Will report back!

I have followed the steps just like other users had reported. Sent a feedback using their feedback form and selecting "membership processes". They need to see your name and surname on the same file, so I have merged two pdfs in one, as I couldn't download a report from Delta meeting both these requirements. I got a response very quickly, namely in less than one business day. I have had quite a few exchanges. The SkyTeam Elite Plus mark is essential.

I requested a Match Status from Emirates Skywards Gold to Turkish Elite through their website going to --> Help section (at the bottom of their website) --> Help Center --> feedback --> new feedback --> Membership Processes. I have uploaded my Gold Membership Card requesting the change. Within 2 days they contacted me asking for a flight statement of the past 2 months, copy of my ID & my Emirates Sjywards Membership Card. In 2 days, they accepted my request. Brilliant! Challenge to remain gold: one international flight within 4 months & 15k miles earned in a year to extend the gold membership one year. Just a walk in the park.

I did have to do it few times and the customer rep keep asking a statement, which does not exist with Delta. I ended up contact local office and provided them the exactly same document, and was approved for challenge that granted me 4 months of Elite status, and with one international flight, it will be extended to 1 year.

Was previously rejected, and resubmitted a new feedback form requesting for status match. I also attached my passport together with recent flight statement, gold card and upcoming TK flights.

Used the feedback form and asked for a match for my AA PP status. Even though I attached whatever was required in my initial communication, they asked for the same documents over two separate emails. Nevertheless, the match was completed successfully. For AA status proof - attach the card from the app which shows your name, your AA number and the status expiry date. For AA account history - I printed all activity from my account into a PDF (using the browser print option) and attached that PDF.

Opened a TK MS account. Contacted them via their customer relations form chosing Miles and Smiles membership processes. Sent a cc of passport, screenshot FB card, and a print of activity from the last months from the AF/KL website plus boardingpasses. This went back and forth twice - they needed 'a photo of my membership card' (impossible since FB has no) and an overview of my activity that showed name and FF number. Someone let me know when logging in on the FB website (instead of AF or KL website) you can download your membership card plus a PDF of flight activity including name and FF number. When I sent that, approved in hours with the usual conditions: fly TK international in the next 4 months, accrue another 15k miles for an extra year.

Had to send ID, proof of membership, and statistics of all flights in the last 2 months.

Under the SAS to Star Alliance programme. Had to exchange a few emails via the TK portal as my SAS status was showed as expiring in October, but I provided emails from SAS showing that it was in fact valid until Oct 2025. Otherwise straightforward.

I matched from my Frontier status (of all things!) to Delta Platinum since I had a JFK to ANC flight on Delta, and thus was able to show that on my activity, which I then parlayed to get Turkish Elite. Like other readers here, there was a lot of back and forth, with them sometimes asking me for the same things over and over on the "Feedback' page as directed. Particularly problematic was them asking me for my Platinum status with at least 4mos before expiration (which Delta only gave up to 11/2024- maybe 3mos?). After some back and forth again, they only asked for 2mos, and that's when it was approved for 4mos of Turkish M&S! I will now use this Elite/Star Alliance Gold towards my upcoming trip on EgyptAir and Turkish, and hope that my Turkish international leg will qualify me for extending it another 8mos. We'll see.

Kept sending feedback back and forth for 12 days, they asked me to visit a sales office, I went to the sales office they had no idea what to do. After that they kept asking me to go again to the sales office and I kept mentioning that in the feedback. Eventually I mailed the sales office asking them to contact the Miles and smiles team and pass my info. After 12 days I got matched

Sent a feedback to request a status match from China Eastern Gold. Very quick replies from TK. They asked me to send the membership card with validity of more than 2 months showing the SkyTeam Elite Plus logo. I have also sent proof of residence, statement of flights with China Eastern, and some boarding passes. Got a 4-month Elite status. Need 1 international flight with TK to extend 8 more months; 15,000 miles to extend 1 more year. More like a challenge rather than a status match.

Submit feedback forms and got denied a couple times before status match approved. Turkish Airlines request s digital or actual United membership card, front and back, as well as past 2 months travel activity. I originally submitted screenshot of United Gold membership profile page, and they would not accept that. Finally I was able to send digital membership card front and back from United profile, and got approved.

I applied for a match period elite membership on the official website of Turkish Airlines and asked me to provide an electronic membership card for more than two months. Although there was no CA itinerary record in two months, I accumulated the mileage of other airlines (Swiss Airlines, SAS) to provide the cumulative record, and upgraded my membership card status on the fourth day.

Contacted TK tru their feedback when logged in to my account. They requested copy of passport and proof of member level and activity last 3 month show i had flights on my activity with SAS Took 1 day to get matched

Took 4 days and few calls, sent a msg with my card copy, passport and screen shot of my travel history and didn't receive any update , I had to call and request to someone to look at the feedback after which I got a reply asking for my travel history showing my name, member no etc and they approved with the same conditions as others mentioned.

Asked to send Passport scan, and Skymiles card scan. I send the SkyMiles printable card PDF because Delta doesn't issue physical cards. They asked for a scan of my card again, with the SkyTeam ElitePlus logo. I sent a screenshot of my card in the Delta App. This was accepted. 4 months of Elite Status (Star Gold), extended to a total of 12 months if I fly one leg on Turkish Airlines.

Created a new account with Miles and Smiles, filled out the feedback form, it took less than 24 hours for the upgrade to be effective.

Reply came Monday asking for a statement of last 2 months flying which i duly sent through the respond to feedback form. Emailed on Tuesday granting Elite with the normal 4 month and 12 month challenge and by the afternoon status was showing in TK app and I'll be using on a *A flight tomorrow :) very fast!

I joined the program, submitted a new "Feedback" on the website, under "Miles&Smiles program" and "Membership processes". I attached to the webform a screenshot of my digital Gold card from the app, and a jpg photo of my passport. Within 24 hours they requested the last 2 months of flight activity on my BA Gold card. I submitted my Miles&More activity for the last few months, too, since I travel a lot already on StarAliance. I suggest you submit that with your initial request to speed things up. Within a few hours my request was approved. It came with the same conditions as broadly advertised: 1 x international flight with TK within 4 months to extend Elite to 1 year; 15,000 Status Miles with TK within that 1 year to extend to 2 years after the match.

Contacted online using feedback form and submitted a screenshot of my Platinum medallion card, latest statements, and passport photo page. Turkish Airlines replied, asking me to visit a local office. This did not seem good, so I submitted a new, identical form, and was approved within an hour. Conclusion: if they want you to visit their local office, submit another form and probably another agent will grant you status directly.

Request was approved within less than a day.

Took about 4 emails, because they think I didn't qualify since my membership year ends in less than 2 months, even though I earned more than enough to maintain Qantas Platinum for the following year. Eventually they upgraded my status to Elite for a trial period of 4 months. Take any international flight with Turkish Airlines within the trial period will cement the status for another 8 months (1 year total)

Sent a message to Turkish Airlines customer service using their feedback form on Smiles&More pages. Attached a copy of my digital membership card with Finnari, accoun statement forbthe previous 3months and a copy of my passport id page. I received an email from the customer service 3h after my request with accepatance to Smiles&More Elite status. Trial membership is valid for 4 months.

As explained before. It helps to have an upcoming flight with TK. Also you have to send a copy of your ID. Unfortunatly not matching Platinum to Elite Plus. Just Elite. Which still is *A Gold.

We applied based on customer feedback. Then the statement for the last 2 months. They asked for a card image and a passport image. We sent it and they upgraded it within 1 hour.

Instant Status Pass EP with closer to 3 than 4 months status remaining. Applied at 8:30pm Friday night and received confirmation email at 10am on Saturday. Very pleased with turnaround!

Followed the instructions on https://frequentmiler.com/turkish-airlines-status-match-get-1-2-years-of-star-alliance-gold-with-very-reasonable-requirements/ and used their template. Originally tried with Alaska but they kept asking for my statement with recent travel, unfortunately Alaska doesn't list award flights in your dashboard as flights, only as milage redemptions so they weren't satisfied, but I was able to then send them my Delta information and was approved a few hours later. I found out they don't match to Elite plus anyway.

I contacted the feedback service on Turkish airlines website. I asked for a status match from AF-KLM FlyingBlue Gold to TK Elite (star alliance). I got a response in 12 hours, the customer service asked me to send a scanned copy of my passport, a screen of my AF-KLM FlyingBlue Gold membership card and my flight statements for the last 2 months with AF-KLM. 3 hours after my reply, I was raised up to TK Elite.

From the KLM application you don't see the status symbol on the card the option I send was from the Google wallet which does have the symbol and elite status etc. list of activities was obtained from flyblue application you can download. Passport also requested. Time under 12 hours I caused a delay due to sending frequent flyer card from application (with no elite status indicated).

Needed to - (a) create a Miles & Smiles account; (b) provide copy of Qantas FF card (screen grab of Qantas digital card was used) (c) provide copy of name page from passport; (c) provide “a statement for the same membership showing your name, membership number and flights for the previous two months (not boarding pass or ticket)”. This wasn’t immediately easy to do! Click on the feedback link and create a ticket. I gave them by BA number and screenshot. They also wanted to see recent flight itinerary.

Contacted them through the feedback section on their website and requested a status match with my Flying Blue Platinum. Sent activity overview and copy of the card. Got approved in 4 days!

Sent my activities in the last two months, copy of passport, future booking with TK and my M&B membership card via the feedback form. Got the confirmation for status match challenge after 2 days.

Sent a feedback request through "help" section on TK website requesting a status match: after a little back-and-forth (because Asante has no cards yet), got a Status Challenge to Elite. They need proof of status, validity term and excerpt of flights taken. Trial period 4 months: if 1 flight is taken with Turkish yielding miles in the trial period, the status is extended another 8 months. Applied using the online feedback form, and they responded very quickly. They did ask for my digital card multiple times, and finally they noted that it was because it didn't show the SkyTeam Elite Plus level on the card? Delta has 3 places to get your card that I can find - the website, app, and Google/Apple wallet - ONLY the app seems to show this logo (and does a poor job of it) - the wallet pass and website don't. It's interesting DL Gold, Platinum, and Diamond all seem to match to the same place (Elite) - I was sort of expecting Elite Plus. Oh well. I got the same 4 months granted, with the options to extend to 1 year w/ one flight or 2 years w/ 15k miles as everyone else.

Followed instructions as per previous posts (sent a polite request along with copies of card, passport etc), got the match in a couple of days (for 4 months, take international Turkish flight in that time to extend to 1 year etc).

This was quite a hassle. Thanks to previous comments, I braced myself for the duration. I requested a status match on July 20 and got welcome email August 25. First I signed up for a miles and smiles account then selected feedback from menu, new feedback, miles and smiles program, membership processes. Submitted a copy of my current Delta Platinum Elite card, copy of passport and copy of recent Delta Skymiles activity. I received acknowledgement of my submission with a TK number. Then waited. One week, two weeks. Nothing. I called (number on US TK Air website) to inquire. Then received an email asking for copy of Delta Skymiles card plus last two months activity of Delta Platinum Elite account. Waited a week. Nothing. Repeated this process two additional times. In total, I called about six times and pretty much gave up. Since SAS is leaving Star Alliance. They open status matches to several european and middle eastern airlines including star alliacne and oneworld. After provide the TK member number. approved within 3 days to SAS gold (star allaicne gold and hopefully will convert to skyteam elite plus after 1st sep 2024.

Applied via SAS Eurobonus Status Match Webpage. I got a Mail with the instructions to send picture of my Miles&Smiles card and my passport. After a few hours I got a Mail from SAS that they matched my Status.

There is a status match released on July-24 that will expire on 19-Aug-24. I applied on 19-Jul through the Volare personal page where you find a link called Status Match Request and there you submit all information requested. I got the status match granted by 13-Aug-24. The new status is valid till Jan-2026.

I contacted SAS through their form. They sent me a request for documents (passport, TK Card, which I got from the app, and a statement going back about a year) and I got back an email stating that I needed to put the message ID number in the email transmitting the documents. I re-sent the documents this time adding the message ID and two days later, I got a message congratulating me on the status upgrade.

E-mailed the picture of Elite card, screenshot of my previous flights and approved in 3 wwks

E-mailed the relevant status match e-mail with a screenshot of my digital card，Mileage record，Flight record and got approved within 2 weeks.

I requested status match and after 3 weeks I have been approved and given the status for 1 year.

Status Match Offer from Qatar Privelege Club, send TK Elite Card and Flightreport! I got Goldstatus after two Weeks waiting!

I live in Germany and just wrote an E Mail to the Sixt customer Service. ([email protected]) I had attached a screenshot of my Miles and Smiles Elite Card to this E Mail. That was this Friday (2020/02/28), so today on Monday I received the Platinum status from Sixt without any problems or additional questions.

Sent an Email with status match request to [email protected] incl. following documents: -Photo of my Elite Plus Card -Miles Statement -Tier matching order form completed (can be downloaded on Garuda website) -Garuda Miles Membership Number -Passport Copy Result: 6 Month Platinum membership!
