Submitted via TK website. TK asked me to take at least one TK flight, to send photo of my Volare Card and last two months of my flight activity.
In less than a week it was accepted the match for 3 months extended to 12 months after the first flight with TK. Basically 1 TK flight is needed before the application and another TK flight is needed to get year Elite status
