1. Register for Turkish Airlines' Miles&Smiles if not done already
2. Go to Feedback form at https://www.turkishairlines.com/en-int/any-questions/customer-relations/feedback/index.html
3. Choose "New Feedback" and then select "Membership process" from "Miles&Smiles Program" section
4. Provide your Privilege Account Statement, photo of your card - front and back side (either photo of the physical card or screenshots from Qatar Airways app) and Passport copy.
5. In few days you'll get an email confirming your new Miles&Smiles membership tier change
