I requested a Match Status from Emirates Skywards Gold to Turkish Elite through their website going to --> Help section (at the bottom of their website) --> Help Center --> feedback --> new feedback --> Membership Processes. I have uploaded my Gold Membership Card requesting the change. Within 2 days they contacted me asking for a flight statement of the past 2 months, copy of my ID & my Emirates Sjywards Membership Card. In 2 days, they accepted my request. Brilliant!
Challenge to remain gold: one international flight within 4 months & 15k miles earned in a year to extend the gold membership one year. Just a walk in the park.
