I emailed [email protected] requesting a status match from GHA Discovery Titanium to I Prefer. I included my GHA Titanium proof (screenshot of status) and details of my upcoming stay. Within a day, I received a reply from I Prefer Member Services confirming my upgrade to Titanium effective immediately. Note that the match is valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade, and that I Prefer only allows one status match per member lifetime.
