Sent an email to [email protected], about 2-3 weeks ago. When I sent the email, I sent it along with my IHG Rewards Club Membership Card and Materials, along with a recent stay history statement. I then received this email today, on Monday 22nd June 2020, from the Jury's Inn Customer Contact Centre and Rewards Team: Good Afternoon Mr E XXXXXX, I do apologise for the delay in responding to your email, unfortunately the Jurys Rewards department have been furloughed since the start of lockdown in the UK. I have recently started back. I have looked into your request and can confirm that we would happily status match. Taking into consideration, your current IHG Rewards Club member status, and while also taking a look at what IHG Rewards Club offers you as a member, I would be happy to move you straight to our top level, floor 3 membership. I will now amend your membership status. We look forward to welcoming you to Jurys Inn hotels in the UK and Ireland.
