I am Hilton Honors Diamond and IHG Diamond Elite. I sent a screenshot of both. I used email which is tedious but eventually worked. First response said that they needed pdf. So I sent pdf. Next response needed screenshot. So I sent that. Eventually matched to Radisson Rewards Premium. Email is probably the least efficient method but it did work.

Status match seems to be quite a 'selective', or perhaps even an 'inconsistent', program in that some people may have better "luck" than others. With a Silver status with Marriott Bonvoy and a Platinum award from IHG, both earned, I was told at first that thay do not provide any status match. When pressed, they said that such awards are sometimes given out. A friend received a gold status a couple of days earlier, even though his stays are quite infrequent. Does it depend on 'whom' you might encounter on the phone to be 'fortunate'?

There are 2 Radisson programs now - regular and Americas. I used the email address mentioned in other reviews and was matched by a bot in about 10 minutes to the regular (global) using my IHG platinum elite. Then I used the new Gold Radisson status I just got and emailed the Americas team to match me so I'd have Gold in both programs. You can't book hotels in the US with the regular rewards program, you have to use the Americas program.

Went to statusmatch.hiltonhonors.com and uploaded a screenshot of the IHG dashboard showing my name, account number and Platinum Elite status along with a screen shot of a recent completed reservation with AVID an IHG property. No email or other contact but status matched to Hilton Gold within 2 days. Dashboard shows 30 days to Diamond but program indicated 9 nights, possibly that their dashboard does not reflect status challenges?

I used https://statusmatch.hiltonhonors.com/ and uploaded a screenshot of my card and a screenshot of an Excel sheet listing my stays from 2018-2021 with IHG. As Corona suspended travelling the last two years, I explained this in a textfield I added on one of the pictures. I also mentioned that I have a two weeks trip coming up and already have a booking with Hilton. Also I mentioned that I achieved Spire with IHG in 2018. Match was granted without any further notice after two days, showing gold in my account. Unfortunately I do not see any expiration date, but I assume I'm on the 90 days challenge, with 5 nights to confirm gold. Good luck for your match!

Status match challenge was confirmed after 3 business days. 90 days gold for testing. 5 nights for gold and 9 nights for diamond in the 90 days, going to head for the 9 nights and diamond.

I got an email back saying my request was being processed within 24 hours, and after 3 days/72 hours, I got my status match approved and I was upgraded.
