Sent a inquiry email to [email protected], I sent it along with my Hilton Rewards Club Membership Card and Materials, along with a recent stay history statemen... Ihad to chase again as no response after a week, then got the below, so very happy with that Jurys Rewards reply to me... "Our rewards program is smaller than Hiltons, however having checked the Hilton Rewards website I can see the equivalent of Silver status would be our highest rewards tier and so I have upgraded your rewards profile to floor 3. You would be on this floor for 6 months to start, after 6 months if you have not stayed the 21 nights required to be on this floor we would reduce your membership to the floor that matches your room nights. To be on Floor 3 you need to stay 21 nights or more. On floor 3 you will receive the following benefits each time you stay in future: 10 points for every £1/€1 spent, Free Premium WiFi, Superior Room Package guaranteed (Mineral water and biscuits in your room, Iron and Ironing Board, Newspaper, 10% discount on food and Beverage voucher) , 1 x Costa Voucher, 1 x Free drink voucher, Priority access at check-in, and Late check out."

IHG One Rewards
Sent an email to [email protected], about 2-3 weeks ago. When I sent the email, I sent it along with my IHG Rewards Club Membership Card and Materials, along with a recent stay history statement. I then received this email today, on Monday 22nd June 2020, from the Jury's Inn Customer Contact Centre and Rewards Team: Good Afternoon Mr E XXXXXX, I do apologise for the delay in responding to your email, unfortunately the Jurys Rewards department have been furloughed since the start of lockdown in the UK. I have recently started back. I have looked into your request and can confirm that we would happily status match. Taking into consideration, your current IHG Rewards Club member status, and while also taking a look at what IHG Rewards Club offers you as a member, I would be happy to move you straight to our top level, floor 3 membership. I will now amend your membership status. We look forward to welcoming you to Jurys Inn hotels in the UK and Ireland.
