Sent an email through Air Baltic's online contact system, and received the following reply, after they requested my flight history with Lufthansa, copies of my elite status card and expiration date etc.... And I received the following reply below. Only took less than 24 hours to complete... ============================== Dear Mr E XXXXXX, Thank You for Your status match request! We are pleased to inform that we have matched your frequent flyer accounts and your membership level on loyalty account XXXXXXXXXX has been updated to airBaltic Club VIP status valid till 8th of January 2023. Please be informed that Your new digital airBaltic Club VIP card will be available on the airBaltic Club mobile app under section My card or You may download the airBaltic Club digital card and add it to Your Wallet or Passbook via web-page www.pins.co under section My account -> Download digital card. Additional information regarding airBaltic Club may be found on website airbalticclub.com.
