I sent an email to [email protected] requesting a status match with my GOLD level from Finnair (Copy of card attached), and they replied within a few hours.

Sent my SAS card and proof of expiry date, and status was updated within the hour.

Just send email to [email protected] with your airbaltic & finnair membership details, including finnair expiry date for status and it was matched.

Contacted via email with screenshots of my EB card from Apple Wallet. They requested one showing expiration date, but since I only have a digital card I sent a screenshot of my status in the SAS app instead which was accepted (despite not showing expiration date either). I also sent EB activity log for past 12 months (including a few flights to the Baltics).

Sent an email through Air Baltic's online contact system, and received the following reply, after they requested my flight history with Lufthansa, copies of my elite status card and expiration date etc.... Accidentally sent the wrong status (Miles & More Brussels Airline) and they declined my status match. I just sent them a new email with the right digital card and they approved for 1 year.

I sent a mail, 30 min later i have the VIP card. Friking great

Requested a match with United Platinum and Alaska MVP and was denied, resubmitted using SAS diamond and was matched to VIP for 1 year.

I got it matched from SAS EBB Gold to Air Baltic VIP (=higherst Status). Plus one year in addition to my current SAS Status. Thanks to air Balitc.
