Note 1: Status match link may crash randomly. After trying multiple times and using different browsers and computers - I finally was able to apply using Chrome and jpeg files, despite instructions requiring "only jpg or png files".
Note 2: Slow customer service, it took about two weeks to get my account updated. No application confirmation received, only status upgrade email from HH. Digital card is available on HH website and Apple Wallet. No physical card will be sent during status trial.
