I called and asked for the 90 day 16 stay challenge. But here's the kicker, they are also offering a bonus night per stay so if you stay 8 days during the allotted time, you'll get credited 16 nights therefore earning platinum. I have a few trips coming up so it made sense for me to do so!

I called the Bonvoy Number and told them that I have a ton of upcoming travel for work -- I have to come to Tel Aviv 5-6 times over the next few months and am staying at a Marriott property. The agent checked the account and saw all of my bookings in the system and granted me a Platinum status match challenge (17 nights over the next 3 months which I should hit). She did not ask for any confirmation or anything from any other hotel programs, though I did say I am interested in Marriott as my main program going forward.

Called Marriott number 1-800-535-4028 and asked for the Platinum challenge. 16 eligible nights by end of June. A Marriott Bonvoy® Member can only participate in an Elite Status Challenge once between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023. A Member cannot register for more than one Elite Status Challenge at a time, or switch between the Gold Elite and Platinum Elite Status Challenges during the promotion period. There is no retroactive registration for the Platinum Elite Status Challenge. Registered Members can earn Platinum Elite status after they book and consume sixteen (16) eligible paid nights during the earning period. Earning period starts the day after members register through the end of the month, plus an additional three (3) months. Nights consumed prior to registration for this promotion are not eligible for this promotion.

Status match seems to be quite a 'selective', or perhaps even an 'inconsistent', program in that some people may have better "luck" than others. With a Silver status with Marriott Bonvoy and a Platinum award from IHG, both earned, I was told at first that thay do not provide any status match. When pressed, they said that such awards are sometimes given out. A friend received a gold status a couple of days earlier, even though his stays are quite infrequent. Does it depend on 'whom' you might encounter on the phone to be 'fortunate'?

Told me to stay 60 nights to reach it when I want this level. Did not respected the Diamond level with 140 nights this year at all as Accor Diamond

Phoned Mariott Bonvoy support and threatened to pull booked in stays with Marriott if they didn't offer a status challenge to platinum. 90 day Platinum status challenge offered after checking with supervisor.

Submitted proof of status with Hilton on Marriott's status match webpage. A few days later I had an email stating I was approved and had 90 days to stay 15 night in order to keep Platinum Elite or 10 nights for Gold Elite for 1 year. However, I caught their status match right before it ended. The status match FAQs page now states: "Registration is Now Closed. Due to a Large Volume of Applicants, registration for this Marriott Bonvoy™ Elite Status Promotion is now closed. All of us at Marriott Bonvoy™ look forward to welcoming you soon." Requested a match using my Marriott Titanium Elite Status and received an email within a few minutes from Best Western giving me Diamond Select status. I sent an email to the status match contacts with my name, full address, phone number, email and provided proof of my Marriott status with screenshots of my member profile and my elite status.

I submitted a screen recording of my Marriott member card and went to Settings to show my First and last name to the email response for proof and was approved within 3/4 hours.

Very easy status match that was completed within 1-2 hours. Submitted my information via Best Western's status match webpage and immediately received an email asking for additional information, which I promptly submitted. Best Western got back to me very quickly and approved the match. One annoyance: Best Western requires a screenshot showing your status and full name in the same shot. Seems simple enough until you realize that it's near impossible to find a Marriott Bonvoy webpage that will do that for you. What ended up working is using the Marriott app on my iPhone, going to the "Account" tab, hitting the gear icon which opens up the Settings sidebar, and then using my finger to halfway swipe the sidebar to the right until it just barely showed both my status (on the "Account" tab) and my full name (on the Settings sidebar). With this showing, I took a screenshot. Note: I was not able to do the same on Android. Silly workaround, but it worked!

I am Marriott LTE, but not offered as a choice here. I had National Executive status through Am Ex Platinum and use them frequently, 38 days through 7/1/23. National's instructions say to upload a membership card or screenshot to their status match page. They say the upload should include your name, status and expiration date of the status. I didn't have a physical card and couldn't find a screen anywhere on Marriott's site with my full name let alone the status expiration date. (I find it very annoying that businesses have to be so chummy these days: on every page they display just my first name in a huge font: HI, SO-AND-SO!!!) So I just uploaded a screen with my first name, status and number of points and National granted the status in a few hours on a weekend.

This one takes a little bit of work, but I used my Marriott Gold elite to get National executive elite status after that process I sent a screenshot with my card of national to Hertz. It's in about 7 days I got answers. Two days for national, it was a weekend. And then I had to wait for my status to actually update 2 to 3 business days.And just under 10 hours for hertz.

I have gold elite with marriott, which I get through my Platinum Express card. I have not stayed a single night at Marriott this year, but I have a trip coming up that I will need a vehicle, so I sent a screenshot of my account homepage of Marriott and within 8 hours I was upgraded to executive elite.

Emailed [email protected] with screenshot of Marriott status and was matched to Gold status within couple of hours.

Submitted a screenshot of my Marriott gold account home. Heard back about 24 hours later that I had been elevated from base to executive elite!

Sent an email to [email protected], including my BW Rewards info, address/phone/email, and my Bonvoy info (with a screenshot of the Bonvoy app showing my Gold status). Sent the email at 11:12PM, and had the status match confirmed by email at 11:50AM the next morning.

Emailed per instructions with a screenshot of my status from Marriott. Response only took one business day.

Sent a screen capture of my membership page on the Bonvoy app, which showed my status, current points, and 18 nights stayed this year. I emailed them with all the other requested info, and two days later, they granted me status. It was very simple and quick!

It took a while to hear from the team but they just asked for screenshot of the account which shows no. of nights stayed and I also made sure my upcoming booking was visible along with the points I had with Marriot.

I already had been on Executive. I uploaded a snippet of Bonvoy membership card and got the response that my account will promote to EE bu up to 7 days. It only took 3 hours until I receive their evaluation result. https://status.emeraldclub.com/

Submitted screen shot of Marriott Gold Elite and also American Airlines Gold. Submitted on Saturday Night and received email on Monday morning that upgraded to Emerald Executive Elite from Base member. Email said it could take up to 7 business days to reflect the upgrade in account. Contacted National via email requesting status change to reflect sooner as I am renting within 2 days. National could not help. Said the system has to update and can take up to 7 business days. Let us see how long it takes.

Paid $49 application fee on status match website and submitted screenshot proof of Marriott status, including membership number in screenshot. Was going to be matched to Elite 50k. It asked at end of application if I wanted to bump up my tier to Elite 100k if approved for additional $199. Approved in less than one day.

Create a new Iprefer account and then email <membersATipreferDOTcom> with a screenshot of the Marriott account status and the new Iprefer account number.

Requested status match to National Car via status.emeraldclub.com/. Submitted digital copy of Marriott membership card which had Titanium Elite status on it. Received notification within 1 hour that status was matched and my Emerald account would reflect the update within 7 days. Emerald status went from base to Executive.

Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Titanium to Choice Privileges Platinum. Unbelievably fast response: sent request 10:51 AM on a Saturday; it was immediately acknowledged; received e-mail notification of match 10:18 PM the same night. Note if you want to match to Diamond elite (the only tier that gets upgrades), you'll need to have stayed at a Cambria in the past 12 months and provide a copy/screenshot of the folio (search for "cambria choice privileges match" and you'll find more info).

Use National’s status match website to submit a request. Submit proof of existing status per their instructions. Explicit status end date isn’t needed in proof (Mariott’s statuses end each calendar year if not a lifetime member.)

Submitted a screenshot of my status from the mobile app to the website, next day I was approved for executive elite.

I filled out the form on emeraldclub.com (https://status.emeraldclub.com/) and uploaded a screenshot of my marriott.com home screen that showed my Platinum Elite Status. I received an email less than 24 hours later that my request had been granted.

Took my heavy lifetime Titanium Elite card into the Las Vegas Mirage. Told them the card was good at the Cosmo and got matched.

Used the form on their website, included a screen shot of my membership card on my Emerald Club account, and was matched within a day. Status shows 7 days later.

Emailed [email protected] with proof of status. Not sure why my lifetime Gold only got me Preferred, so hoping my IHG Platinum/Ambassador can push me to Elite.

Used the form at this address https://www.bestwestern.com/en_US/best-western-rewards/status-match/status-match-form.html back in May and was matched to Diamond Select. The whole process took around 3 weeks, which is rather slow in my opinion. Matched to Diamond Select until January 2022.

I completed a status match request online; then I called and spoke with customer service. It was completed in 24 hours :)

Filled out the online form and sent them a screen shot of my Gold and they matched with exec elite. Total time took about 10 business days.

Set up my profile on National Went to the status match page (https://status.emeraldclub.com/) Uploaded a screenshot of my status with Marriott (the "My Account" screen with full name) from my phone's Bonvoy App. Immediate acknowledgement of the request. Within 18 hours received a "great news regarding your status match request" email, which indicated that I was now Exec. Elite. The upgrade has not taken effect on my National profile (yet....they said 7 business days from 5/13/2021), but there's no reason to think it won't.

Submitted online form and attached pdf 2-page printout from my Marriott profile Overview page. Received confirmation from National of Executive Elite status within 8 hrs!

Did a screenshot of my Bonvoy card account screen from Apple Wallet (to show full name) and uploaded via https://status.emeraldclub.com/usen/statusmatchcenter Got email immediately confirming submission, then about 7 hours later got email approval of match, saying up to seven business days for for account to reflect upgrade.

Send screenshots from Bonvoy mobile app. Got a reply after 1 day accepting the match status. However it is taking time to actually see the change on my account. They said it could take up to 7 days.

Went from Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite with 44 nights to National Emerald Club Executive Elite status by filling out Nationals status match form and providing Screencast of my profile showing gold status with the 44 nights.

I started with email. Impossible to do without me waiting to call when reservation office open. Took to much time.

Emailed the National customer service team asking about Status matching. The send me an email with the following link. https://status.emeraldclub.com/ All you have to do is send the proof of your current status. They email you back that you qualified.

I just used the online form. Didn't even have to show proof.
