Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles Returns Report: Other

Applied online via the Feedback page. Supplied an image of my passport, my Executive Platinum card and of the AAdvantage account web page showing my EP status and validity through March 31 2024... I have now received SIX responses from Turkish Airlines Customer Contact Center all of which state that they require: "A statement for the same membership showing your flights / activity for the previous two months and including your name, surname, and membership details of American Airlines which you may find related airline's website" On multiple occasions I have informed them that it is NOT possible to get a statement of flights flown over the last two months from AA. I have sent copies of my flight confirmation emails and a copy my AAdvantage activity, only to receive the same request again from them... At this stage I am now looking for other Star Alliance carriers with which to match as my United Gold status is due to expire...
