Virgin Australia Velocity Frequent Flyer Returns Report: Match

Emailed [email protected] Told them I was a Gold QFF and included screenshot from Qantas app. Also explained I’d flown Virgin within the past few months and I wanted to concentrate my efforts to maintain Gold with Virgin instead, mostly due to my company tending to prefer Virgin over Qantas to fly workers around. Also explained that I’d recently got a Velocity credit card. Received an email back within a couple of days matching my Gold status for three months. They said I would need to earn 80 SC in that time, if I achieved that I would be able to keep Gold for 12 months. Very happy with the response as I felt that I was earning plenty of status credits by choosing to fly Qantas, and my company using Virgin, so they were split and therefore achieving nothing!
