I requested to match my miles and more Senator status, through the website.
--> Help section (at the bottom of their website) --> Help Center --> feedback --> new feedback --> Membership Processes
Got quick response to upload a copy of my ID, membership card and status statement.
For miles and more i can only do a printout of the miles and more account overview, but i keep getting request to upload it.
Reason to ask for a request is more travel to Asia via TK, and on TK I cannot get qualifying points to renew my status.
