Send a photo of your AB card along with the screenshot of the recent mileage activities via feedback form. They respond in 7 days. By default, they granted the Elite level for 4 months. The status is extended to 12 months if you make an international flight within the first 4 months. Further, the 1st membership comes with a mileage waver for extending the term of the level: You should get 15000 miles only to extend the Elite status for another 12 months (usually 25000 miles).
