Did not accept a screenshot of my main IHG account status page: Does not show my first and last name (shows first name only).
Did not accept a screenshot of my email account statement: Does not show my first and last name (shows first name only).
Requested a picture of my loyalty card, LOL IHG doesn't give those out for like 5 years now.
