Club member at Europcar Privilege is easy, just register.
However, anything else requires at least two rentals with your name on a contract as primary driver.
My company rents from Europcar when the pool-autos are all out. I have had a handful of Europcars over the past years. Though, when I submitted the company's Europcar rental log with myself as primary driver ... it was turned down by Europcar. Still requires two private rentals with my name as primary driver:

Unfortunately we can't accept this. We can accept only copies of 2 rental agreements you had with us with your name pointed as the main driver.
