Currently i am a CX DM member and also a silver member of EVA air infinity club. I wrote e-mail to Infinity club e-mail and got no reply for almost two month, then I wrote again to them and got reject e-mail immediately. Don't no what to say to this company. Time to switch my whole flight schedule to CX and other more airline that appreciate the contribution of their potential customer.
