Sent request via feedback option online. Sent picture of the card (screenshot), account statement and passport picture. Was matched to Elite for 4 months. If I take 1 international flight with TK during those 4 months, the status is extended 8 more months. If I get 15,000 Elite miles, status gets extended to a total of 2 years.
