IHG Platinum elite card, screenshot of account home screen and most recent hotel bill submitted three times. Denied all three times, claiming missing documents. Submitted the documents and also emailed documents to customer service today. Attempting for 4th time. Certain all documents are included. Hotel stay was less than 3 months ago. I hold platinum elite status.
