Iberia Plus Returns Report: Match

I wrote to Iberia through facebook messenger. I explained I had Platinum on Qantas and had recently moved to Spain and wanting to start flying Iberia. They asked me to send in a screen shot of my card, if I had any planned flights booked with them, which I did and what were my plans for next year. I told them I would be making some flights to Latin America.
They came back after a few days and offered me Plata. A bit disappointing as this is equivalent to Silver on Qantas. But it is better than nothing and their sliver offers a little more than Qantas does.
