instead of going to lower-level people, I wrote a very detailed and assertive email to the CEO & the chief marketing officer, as well as the Ture Blue Department. I imported them that I was going to be traveling using their Mint service from JFK-LAX, which I did do and liked. I told them I wanted to compare the products with the new AA Skarketts A-320 products in first.
Within a week, I was given <osica status. Due to Covid, it is still good from 2019 to 2020. I am not sure, but I would expect them to extend it to 2021. Unfortunately, my last trip with them ()the first of its year) I didn't know I was still mosiac, and I gave the number. to the reservation agent at the airport, who didn't properly put in, and therefore I was not given "even more space" seats. I was a little perturbed and intend to write them, not only for having to have 2 flights manually credited and keeping track of boarding passes, but I am also going to ask for 5,000 for each flight due to the lack of giving me my mosiac benefits, an agent error.
