I contacted Lufthansa by email to transfer my miles from TAP (Miles & Go) to Lufhtansa (Miles & More). It was refused for the following reason: "Thank you for writing to Miles & More. As per Terms & Conditions of a mileage programme, miles for a particular flight can only be credited in only one loyalty programme. Lufthansa Miles & more and TAP Portugal are two different programmes with different Terms & Conditions. It is not possible to transfer all the miles from one programme to another."
