I asked for a match from the absolute top tier of BA EC to just the mid level of EVA Air Gold. Sent all docs, screen shot, photo of card, etc. Refused, on the grounds that I wasn't high enough tier. I think Eva Air don't understand BA's tiers!

I recently sent an e-mail to Ethiopian Airlines requesting a status match. I provided proof of my Delta Medallion status in the form of my Medallion membership card reflecting my name and membership number, as well as current status. I also attached a snap shot from my Delta SkyMiles App that reflected the same to include total and current miles to date.
