My JAL status is Global Club only now. But it was matched with Flying Blue Gold for 12 months through statusmatch.com by paying $299 as fee. https://statusmatch.com/ I was required to submit Japanese ID. It seems there is a regional restriction for the status match at this moment. It took 3 business days (5 days including Saturday and Sunday) to show the Gold status in my App after the approval of match.

Contacted via website. Provided skymiles card showing validity through end of year, also provided flight receipts. About a week later they needed more information, so I send my mileage statements. About another week later my match was approved. They just gave me status for a whole year, and to maintain it I need to meet the standard requirements.
