Submitted documents online and received an email to call within 10 minutes. After calling, the agent was confused why the case is already closed. He did see my documents, but was unsure which status I'm supposed to match. After a 5 minute hold, he just matched me to Gold for 4 months with challenge get more. I think I should probably get to Platinum, but oh well, I guess it's better than nothing. AA Gold is still OneWorld Ruby.
