I requested to match my miles and more Senator status, through the website. --> Help section (at the bottom of their website) --> Help Center --> feedback --> new feedback --> Membership Processes Got quick response to upload a copy of my ID, membership card and status statement. For miles and more i can only do a printout of the miles and more account overview, but i keep getting request to upload it. Reason to ask for a request is more travel to Asia via TK, and on TK I cannot get qualifying points to renew my status.

Was ignored during their Status Challenge in November 2024 (no response). Followed-up with a email asking for a challenge match in early 2025 offering Elite status proof and history and citing multiple planned international business bookings. Responded basically with "that campaign has ended".
