Emailed QFF for status match on 10 July 2025 for status match and was offered the Qantas Gold Accelerator Challenge to earn 200 Status Credits on QF Marketed Flights within 90 days of accepting the challenge. Called back on 24 July 2025 to start the challenge at a later date and this was accepted. Double Status Credits that I had previously booked counted towards the offer and I am excluded from any other Status Credit promotions for a period of 6 months from the commencement date of the offer. Hit 200 status credits in September 2025 and was automatically upgraded to Gold the following day.

Needed to show photos of my AF/KLM card and show proof of status on both AF/KLM and Asiana. Communication was very very fast and courteous.
