They replied within 1 business day and said it was match was accepted and that it was once in a lifetime and valid for 12 months from the day it was given to me.

Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles
I matched from my Frontier status (of all things!) to Delta Platinum since I had a JFK to ANC flight on Delta, and thus was able to show that on my activity, which I then parlayed to get Turkish Elite. Like other readers here, there was a lot of back and forth, with them sometimes asking me for the same things over and over on the "Feedback' page as directed. Particularly problematic was them asking me for my Platinum status with at least 4mos before expiration (which Delta only gave up to 11/2024- maybe 3mos?). After some back and forth again, they only asked for 2mos, and that's when it was approved for 4mos of Turkish M&S! I will now use this Elite/Star Alliance Gold towards my upcoming trip on EgyptAir and Turkish, and hope that my Turkish international leg will qualify me for extending it another 8mos. We'll see.
