Contacted Lufthansa by using their online contact methods, provided them with flying history, proof of elite status, and when my status expires, and I received the following messages after 36 to 48 hours later below: Dear Mr E XXXXXX, Your Lufthansa Status Match Has Been Approved Your Lufthansa Status Match has been approved. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your Miles & More account to reflect your new Lufthansa Miles & More Senator status. Your new status will be valid to 28th February 2023. Kindly ensure that your e-mail address in your Miles & More profile is up-to-date and has permission to be contacted by the Lufthansa Miles & More Team. Please download the Miles & More App in order to see your current status and have it with you all the time. There will be no cards issued and sent by post.
