United Airlines MileagePlus Returns Report: Other

I called United's Customer Service to attempt this. While on hold, I found this website. Upon speaking with a rep, they gave me a URL that wasn't working and told me to wait 24-48 hours. I used the link from this website & it seemed to work. A couple days later, I received a note that my proof (Screen shot of SkyMiles account showing name, mileage summary, etc) wasn't sufficient & provided the guidance, "Please resubmit either your most recent mileage summary or your most recent year membership card, making sure the expiration date is visible and that it displays your current elite status, within the next 14 days and we'll be in touch again soon." I then uploaded a picture of my platinum medallion card (but it doesn't contain any information - name, SM#, etc). A couple weeks later, this was rejected for the same reason & guidance. I then uploaded a pdf of the SkyMile's monthly email stating my name, status, etc. This was also rejected. I gave up. I like Delta. United's Rejection Message Guidance
