Took the promotion at statusmatch.com on March 31th. Upload screenshot of my Delta Platinum card from Apple Wallet. Was required to upload additional materials to confirm my status in an hour. So I took a screenshot of my profile page on the FlyDelta App which shows my MQM/MQS and MQD. Was approved 5 hours later. Status was updated as Gold on April 4th. Valid until 03/31/2023.
