I sent an e-mail to [email protected] and asked if they could match my Diamond status at SAS. I gave them my Avis Preferred number and Eurobonus number and attached a picture of my SAS status.
I sent the e-mail late sunday night and got the reply monday morning. The status change was available to me in the Avis app immediatly.
This was the reply I got.
"Dear Mr. Gjertsen,
Thank you for your request, we can match your status.
Your profile has been updated successfully. Please allow 2-5 days for this change to sync through all of our systems.
Kind Regards,"
