Air Astana Nomad Club Returns Report: Match

After inquiry I got this response: Status Match can be requested when you have made at least two flights with us. You will have to provide us with a recent flight activity statement from your LUTHANSA-Senator / Star Alliance Gold-Status (of at least 6 months) as well as a scanned copy of your LUTHANSA-Senator / Star Alliance Gold-Status card. At the FFP manager's discretion, status match can be given if everything checks out. At the moment, I am afraid you are ineligible for this option. After sending this, I had to ask again, they claimed not to have got my mail. I did resend it, then got this: Congratulations! Your status has now been upgraded to Nomad Club Gold. Can you please send us a scanned copy of your passport? We will save it in our system so that you would be able to use all the perks of the Gold status fully. Best regards, Support Agent
