E-mailed them (back and forth). They required proof of higher status at several other hotel loyalty programs and upcomming bookings at Thon Hotels.
As i provided them with proof of this BW Diamond, Choice Privileges Platinum, Marriot Gold , and added that I have Eurobonus gold and United Gold status.
I also provides proof of recent stayes at the other hotels where I have higher status and several upcoming bookings at Thon, I finaly got matched.
It took some time, but it was worth the effort.
