Contacted through online portal. Provided an electronic copy of my United Premier Silver card and flight records. Needed to prove that the number of flights between Hawaiian's destinations accrued on United would have resulted in elite status on Hawaiian if those flights were taken on Hawaiian (i.e., the number of flights I took between SFO and OGG would have resulted in Pualani Gold if those flights were taken on Hawaiian instead of United).
