Horrifically bad experience. Asked for details, sent, then again asked for certain details. Sent, then made me wait for a week, before asking me for the details again. Sent all information in a consolidated email, then made me wait for a week, and *again* asked for the same details. Then, finally my status lapsed, which gave them an excuse to deny
