1) Fill in form at https://www.singaporeair.com/get-help/PPSClub-KrisFlyer
2) [email protected] replies to ask for:
- Completion of another form (asks about your past and upcoming travel plans, etc.)
- Past 12 Months Qatar Flight statement
- Copy of Qatar Airways Privilege Club Gold membership card
3) Not stated as a requirement in email, but I flew a Premium Economy Mid-Haul return at a time between application submission and approval.
KF Gold was approved right after I completed the PE flight, so I am not sure if it's the processing days being 16 days, or they just had to have me complete the PE before they approve.
