Radisson Rewards Returns Report: Match

1. Hilton Honors status Gold (due to Amex Platinum) 2. Registered at Club Avolta and send email to <[email protected]>, asked friendly if they could match to Avolta Premium 3. Send all required info to above Mail (HH status screenshot of name, number, and status) to Avolta => next day matched to Avolta Premium 4. Sent Mail to [email protected] and asked if the could match Avolta Premium to Radisson VIP (was already at Premium), they responded and apologised, as their process has or is beeing changed... should contact Club Avolta directly 5. Sent Mail again to Club Avolta [email protected] and mentioned the process change and asked if they could help me 6. Approx 3 days later Avolta replied and said they are happy to tell me that the match to VIP at Radisson has worked Just as add on, I checked my Radisson account and it had changed already to VIP level. For me the best thing was I already had 3 bookings in my account (created at Premium lavel) and they automatically changed the bookings to free VIP breakfast included, what saved me in total around 400€ for all 3 planned stays together. So I am keen to see what else is in it :) its worth a try
