Tried to fill online form at https://help.wyndhamrewards.com/s/status-match, but the log in didn't pull my profile for the request. So I reached out Wyndham Rewards chat, and they told me to fill and submit the contact form with screenshot of my HHonors membership.
I got an email next day with status match for 90 days.
