I e-mailed them at [email protected] and send them a screenshot of my existing Radisson status.
Got the status from Best Western, stayed in a Best Western hotel but unfortunately did not receive any status recognition from the hotel . I will not stay with Best Western again, I was disappointed about the recogniation in comparison to the Radisson.
