I hold TAP Miles&Smiles Gold (obtained from match). Needed to book a flight (prices start at 35€ with OTA, I took one in the far future that I’m not intending to fly), submit ID/pasaporte and a screenshot of the digital card to [email protected].
Confirmed the match 7-14 days after application.
Still waiting for the switch of my account. Status will probably be valid until 01-01-2024.
