I recently sent an e-mail to Ethiopian Airlines requesting a status match. I provided proof of my Delta Medallion status in the form of my Medallion membership card reflecting my name and membership number, as well as current status. I also attached a snap shot from my Delta SkyMiles App that reflected the same to include total and current miles to date. I also included a Delta SkyMiles activity statement for the past 6 mos that reflected my frequent travel to/from USA - Niger. I included my passport data page.
