Completed online form and submitted pdf of Exec Club Silver membership card. Shortly after received an email on the grounds that I had previously been a Virgin Silver member, therefore a match would not be made.
"Unfortunately, as you have been a Silver member with us, we couldn’t offer you a status match this is because you have to be able to maintain the status on your own. As your account has gone to our Red status this would indicate that you do not travel enough to maintain Silver."
