HawaiianMiles Returns Report: Deny

I sent the requested information of current status and flights flown last year (50000) The first denial I got said “ The provided flight documentation must demonstrate that previous travel was completed on Hawaiian Airlines rather than with Other Airlines, then the requestor could have earned Pualani Gold or Pualani Platinum status. Member must at least meet the approximate qualification requirements, 20,000 flight miles (30 segments) to have Pualani Gold Status or 40,000 flight miles (60 segments) to have Pualani Platinum Status. “ I emailed back and told them I wanted a status match not a request for miles not credited. I was then told that the trips I took did not correlate to enough miles that could have been flown with Hawaiian to reach gold (20000) even though I live in Hawaii so all my trips begin and end with possibility of traveling Hawaiian. I guess they are not trying to attract new business.
