We thank you for expressing interest in our Mosaic loyalty program. We understand you are requesting a status match to our TrueBlue Loyalty program, however, we strive to be fair and consistent with all of our customers, and at this time we do not provide status matches from other airline programs.
The Mosaic qualifications must be met within a calendar year to earn Mosaic status for the remainder of that calendar year and the full calendar year after.
And while you do not qualify for Mosaic status at this time, we have many ways to qualify for our Mosaic program
