I filled the challenge form https://promotions.united.com/offers/statusmatch and in about 2 days they answered with good news benefiting me the status Premier Gold until December 31th.
I could try to get the Premier Platinum, but for me the Gold is enough, since it qualifies me to Star Alliance Gold status.
