On 5/1/2021, as a new BWR member, I followed directions inserted below. After 24 hours, I did not receive an automated reply from BW. I began searching for comments about the promo. I found this site. I followed the US link from the 1/13/21 guest and submitted the online form. No immediate auto reply. I'll update this post when I hear from BW.
