Philippine Airlines Status Match

Sent an email to mabuhaymiles@philippineairlines.com requesting status match. PAL replied asking for specific documents: copy of passport, current elite status with another program, upcoming booking with PAL. It took over a month for them to finally approve the request. Their status support team is a bit slow in responding so you just have to be patient.

I had emailed to mabuhaymiles@philippineairlines.com to request for status match. They had required me to submit the following: Your personal details Copy of passport Upcoming flights with Philippine Airlines Your current frequent flyer digital card and status. After around 1 month was approved.

This was a very straightforward process. I sent an email to mabuhaymiles@philippineairlines.com and mm_docs@philippineairlines.com. Then, they requested additional information (passport, booking reference, Mabuhay id and proof of Elite status). After a few days I got the Status Match for six months.

Send email to mm_docs@philippineairlines.com res_docs@philippineairlines.com 1800ifly_ca@philippineairlines.com that includes your passport, itinerary, proof of status with UA and they’ll match. Took me about a week calling back and forth because their system was down, but once their systems were up and running, they matched it no problem.

I was a Asiana Club Diamond member (Star Alliance Gold) and have been flying PAL within PH trying to rack up miles and segments. I had a flight going Japan on PAL and asked if they can status match my Asiana Club. A bit of back and forth for some proof via email. I did my online check in 24 hours before my flight and I was surprised to see Premiere Elite status in my Mabuhay Miles. Took only a couple of days for them to status match.

Request status match by email. The agent asked booking reference for incoming trip with PAL. After provide the business class ticket, got instant status to Premier Elite. Overall process take around 4 days.

I just sent electronic card with all details to asante@kenya-airways.com and they matched it within 1 day.
